They forgot to deliver an item of our order so we rang up, the lady said they were very busy, after about 10 minutes of arguing and asking to speak to the manager they said they would send the item out and would refund the cost of the item. 5 minutes later we got a phone call from a different lady telling us that we had to choose between a refund or the curry, chose the curry and got told it would be a hour and a half wait obviously this was ridiculous as the rest of the food would have gone cold so we requested our money back, to which she said that “she can’t do that” even though earlier on the phone we were told we would get a refund. Eventually we got the curry delivered and a refund, although it was the wrong curry. The lady was shouting down the phone, she was that loud that she could be heard by everyone in the room. I’ve never experienced such bad customer service, up until this moment we have been regular customers but the way that lady spoke to us on the phone was disgusting and will never be ordering from there again!
