  Having a housekeeping service every week is a good facility. The housekeeper Leah was very friendly.
  On the other hand, rooms are different from each other even they are in the same category. I would prefer to stay in the new ones (same price with mine), which has newer and more modern decoration.
  Stuffs are very nice. People in reception are very friendly.
  But some rooms are old, their kitchen and bathroom are very inconvenient compared to other rooms even they have the same price.

  Apart from the great facilities at study inn, the staff that look after you make your time here more bearable amongst the stress of your studies. I have enjoyed my time at Study Inn Coventry tower so far and hope it continues. My housekeeper Hollie does an amazing job every week of making sure my room is tidy and my bed linen is changed. I believe she goes above and beyond what her job requires of her. She sorts my often messy work space in to a tidy and manageable area and puts my toiletries in a nice order from the bombsite I leave them in. Hollie as well as the other housekeepers are friendly, approachable and willing to help with any problems.
  
  The night staff at study inn are also friendly and approachable as well as very competent. I often have great chats with Dennis, Aziz and Graham during the nights and always feel safe with them as security. They provide a great service and are a great asset to study inns brand.
  
  I also believe that Faith does a great job managing such a large building and maintaining a great service.
  
  Overall, a good experience so far!
