- Jonathan Francis Review added: 2018.01.01★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The showroom staff are GREAT but Capitol HQ/warehouses are just a generally terrible mess of a company. Do not open Sundays despite advertising so. Total closures for no apparent reason (e.g. staff off sick). Very poor support staff - with no replies to calls or emails. Wasted two 260 mile journeys due to these random closures. Arranged for delivery and delivery was a day late because of nondescript warehouse problems. Just avoid if AT ALL possible - use Topps Tiles.
