- charlie wale Review added: 2018.04.11★ ★ ★ ★ ★I went to B&Q at the Alvis Retail Park today 7th June, to purchase a cordless hedge trimmer. As I was uncertain as to what was available I asked an assistant (Amanda). She could not have been more helpful. She looked on the stores computer and found exactly what I wanted. As the item was up on a shelf she called on a colleague (Paul) to help. He went and fetched a ladder and the item was brought down for me to view. I subsequently bought the trimmer and I'm very pleased with it.
The two assistants could not have been more helpful and friendly and I'd like to thank them both once again.
