I needed a Personal Trainer to help me train for my first marathon. I had hired other instructors at the gyms in town but they couldn't help me with my back and some of them didn't seem very interested to be honest.
My friend told me to try this studio, because it's a private studio so never packed out like other gyms. Especially at peak times. I am so grateful for all the help & guidance. I will be running my first charity marathon in April. Thank you so much to all the team at Body Perfect.
