It first came 3 inches too shorts, then they had another made which got sent to the wrong branch, then finally arrived 2 weeks before wedding, again too short. So decided to ask for a refund, money was eventually refunded a week before I got married! The staff in berketex coventry were absolutely lovely and couldn't of been more helpful. All the mistakes that were made were as a result of the berketex company and not the shop staff. So 5 stars to the staff in the shop, unfortunately only 2 to the company and that's only because you gave me a refund
